These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and Mawartoto ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at mawartoto.buzz. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services offered on the Mawartoto platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, virtual games, and all associated promotional programmes.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Mawartoto reserves the right to require documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement issued within the past three months), and source of funds documentation.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Mawartoto platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth or false residential address, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in Account termination and balance forfeiture.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mawartoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Mawartoto may request KYC documentation at any time — including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or where suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Mawartoto accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow QR, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and approved cryptocurrency channels (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, Litecoin).

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent value of RM 30 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.2 Deposit Processing Times

Local bank transfers and e-wallet deposits (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited within minutes. FPX transfers are credited in near real-time during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the required number of blockchain confirmations, which varies by coin and network conditions.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Mawartoto does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the Account subject to review.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with these Terms.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum single withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular withdrawal method.

6.2 Processing Times

Mawartoto targets a withdrawal processing time of within 15 minutes for standard requests to DuitNow and local bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) during normal operating hours. Complex requests, requests requiring additional verification, or requests during high-volume periods may take longer. We do not guarantee same-day processing in all circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically feasible. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Where the original deposit method cannot receive funds, Mawartoto will request alternative verified account details.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and vary by Account verification status and VIP tier. Players are encouraged to contact support for current limit schedules applicable to their Account level.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by Mawartoto are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 15 times before any withdrawal is processed. Specific promotions may carry higher or lower multipliers.
• Maximum Bet During Active Bonus: While bonus funds remain active and unwagered, the maximum single bet is RM 50 per round or event. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Slot games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute 10%. Live dealer games contribute 10–20% depending on the title. Crash and instant games contribute as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit date, unless a shorter or longer period is specified in the promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time. Depositing during an active bonus may affect the existing bonus balance.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Mawartoto reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotions, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts is identified.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Certain bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap, where applicable, will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

8.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games, betting markets, and features on the Mawartoto platform may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. Mawartoto is not liable for any interruption to game availability due to technical maintenance, licensing restrictions, or third-party provider issues.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game error during play, Mawartoto reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the wagered stakes to the player's Account. Wins resulting from documented errors in software, RNG failures, or display glitches are not valid and will be voided.

8.3 RNG Certification

All virtual game outcomes on the Mawartoto platform are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games fall within the range of 95%–97% as displayed on each game's information panel.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other events, are governed by specific sports betting rules available within the sportsbook section. Settlement of bets is final once confirmed by the Platform. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mawartoto platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any wagering advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in software, whether for financial gain or otherwise.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate illegal transactions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions, where applicable.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform's software or content.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively impacts other players' experience.

Mawartoto reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these prohibitions. Upon confirmation of a breach, Mawartoto may take any or all of the following actions: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all balances, recovery of prior withdrawals, and reporting to relevant authorities.

10.1 By Mawartoto

Mawartoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it determines that: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) the Account presents a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; (c) the Account holder is no longer eligible under clause 3; or (d) the platform is required to do so by a competent authority.

10.2 By the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided the Account is in good standing and KYC requirements have been satisfied.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

• Any technical malfunction, server error, or software defect.
• Losses arising from gambling activities conducted on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Mawartoto's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim or series of claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Mawartoto platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mawartoto is licensed to operate.
